Loading of points in geographical system of coordinates
WGS84 is supported. The text file (CSV) with the data should contain as
a minimum two columns (coordinates of latitude and a longitude in decimal degrees).
In case a divider of fields the point is by default accepted, however in can use and other symbol,
not having overlooked to specify it{him} in parameters at loading a file.
The other data in fields of a text file are ignored.
Ignore also loading of waypoints, whose
coordinates do not get on territory of Ukraine.
